By accessing or using TutsCenter ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. About TutsCenter
TutsCenter is a mobile application designed to help UPSC aspirants prepare for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations. The App provides:
- Bytes: Short 60-word summaries of topics aligned with the UPSC syllabus.
- Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) mapped to the UPSC syllabus for practice and self-assessment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TutsCenter. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
TutsCenter uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address from Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the App without prior written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use the App in any way that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Use the App to transmit spam, harmful, or illegal content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within TutsCenter, including Bytes, Questions, explanations, graphics, and the App itself, is the intellectual property of TutsCenter and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The content in the App is for educational and informational purposes only and does not guarantee success in any examination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutsCenter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
